For Singapore-registered organisations to deliver large-scale sector-wide impact. 

• Up to $1 million   

• Up to 80% of supportable programme and organisational capacity costs   

• Up to a three-year implementation period

For the Seed and Sprout Tiers:

We can support a range of costs directly related to your project's implementation. These generally include:

• Venue costs: Renting spaces for your project activities.

• Catering and refreshment costs: Providing food and drinks for participants and volunteers during approved activities.

• Marketing and publicity costs: Expenses for promoting your project, such as creating posters or digital materials.

• Production, transport, project equipment, material, and logistics costs: Costs for materials used in your project, essential equipment rental or purchase, logistics, and transportation.

• Licensing and legal fees: Necessary permits or legal fees directly tied to your project.

• Professional service fees and honorariums: Payments to external consultants, facilitators, or trainers for specific project expertise.

• Insurance costs: Premiums for insurance directly related to your project's activities.

• Volunteer costs: Reimbursement for volunteer-related expenses.

The following cost items are generally not eligible for funding:

• Start-up, operating, and capital costs: This includes general staff salaries and benefits, purchasing general office assets (like furniture or computers not dedicated solely to the project), and ongoing organisational expenses (like general office rent or utilities).

• Prizes and incentives: Cash prizes or vouchers given as awards or incentives.

• Overseas travel and accommodation costs: Expenses related to international travel for project personnel or visitors.

For the Scale Tier:

The SGPF can support a range of costs directly related to your project's implementation, including:

• Venue cost

• Catering and refreshment costs

• Marketing and publicity costs

• Production, transport, project equipment, material, and logistics costs

• Licensing and legal fees

• Professional service fees and honorariums

• Insurance costs

• Volunteer costs

On top of that, the Scale tier also supports organisational capacity costs, including staff salaries and benefits for project-dedicated staff, training costs, and audit and impact evaluation costs. Projects aiming to utilise the SGPF for organisational capacity costs must demonstrate clear and justifiable plans on how they will grow organisational capabilities as well as a realistic budget allocation.

All programme and organisational capacity costs will be carefully assessed. Applicants must present a realistic and well-justified budget allocation that reflects cost reasonableness and is aligned with prevailing market rates.

The SGPF reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
